Building and pest reports are technical and compliance-driven, but they are not designed to clearly communicate risk, cost exposure, or what actually matters in a purchase decision.
As a result, buyers are often left with information, but limited clarity.
SLS combines structural engineering expertise with real property acquisition experience to help buyers understand risk and make better decisions.

James has over a decade of experience in structural engineering, working on major infrastructure and complex projects across Australia, alongside actively building and managing a personal property portfolio.
His background combines technical engineering judgement with real-world acquisition experience, providing a level of practical insight that is rarely seen in the property buying process.
